Abstract: At present, China is in critical period of transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture．Application of mode of "micro video + agricultural production technology service" which makes full use of development dividend of China's mobile internet can break time and space constraints, further shorten distance with agricultural technicians, and reduce service cost of agricultural technicians, so as to greatly improve efficiency of agricultural production technology service．This mode could effectively improve production management efficiency and standardization level of farm through shooting of standardized production technology videos of planting crops, clip standardized shooting into operation micro videos and pictures, and integrate them into production and marketing service platform．According to planting status of producers, corresponding operation videos and other technical guidance were customized, and multimedia agricultural technology training and services were directly placed on various terminal equipment of farmers, so that agricultural technicians could learn standardized production technology at any time and without paying, and do the work of agricultural technology popularization more deeply．
