等离子堆焊技术在农机零部件加工中的应用

Application of Plasma Transferred Arc Welding Technology in Processing of Agricultural Machinery Components

  • 摘要: 等离子堆焊是一种与基体呈冶金结合的表面处理技术,具有效率高、成本低、操作简单及应用广泛等优点。简述了等离子堆焊的基本原理,并从等离子堆焊工艺参数、等离子堆焊辅助工艺、等离子堆焊数值模拟,以及等离子堆焊技术在农机零部件中应用4个方面,总结了等离子堆焊技术的发展现状。其中,等离子堆焊工艺参数方面,着重介绍了堆焊电流、堆焊速度和送粉速率对堆焊层性能的影响;等离子堆焊辅助工艺方面,重点阐述了超声、磁场和热处理3种辅助工艺在提高堆焊层质量方面的作用。最后展望了等离子堆焊技术在农机零部件中应用的发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: Plasma transferred arc welding technology is a surface treatment technology of metallurgical bond with substrate, which has advantages of high efficiency, low cost, simple operation and wide application.Basic principles of plasma transferred arc welding technology was briefly introduced, and current development status of plasma transferred arc welding technology was summarized from four aspects: process parameters, assisted processes, numerical simulation, and technology applications on agricultural machinery parts.In terms of process parameters, influence of welding current, welding speed and powder feeding rate on performance of welding layer was emphasized.In terms of assisted processes, improvement of quality of welding layer by ultrasound and magnetic field and heat treatment was mainly described.Finally, development trend of plasma transferred arc welding technology on agricultural machinery components was prospected.
