Abstract:
Plasma transferred arc welding technology is a surface treatment technology of metallurgical bond with substrate, which has advantages of high efficiency, low cost, simple operation and wide application.Basic principles of plasma transferred arc welding technology was briefly introduced, and current development status of plasma transferred arc welding technology was summarized from four aspects: process parameters, assisted processes, numerical simulation, and technology applications on agricultural machinery parts.In terms of process parameters, influence of welding current, welding speed and powder feeding rate on performance of welding layer was emphasized.In terms of assisted processes, improvement of quality of welding layer by ultrasound and magnetic field and heat treatment was mainly described.Finally, development trend of plasma transferred arc welding technology on agricultural machinery components was prospected.
