Improvement Way of Teaching Ability of Electromechanical Teachers in Agricultural Colleges and Universities

  • 摘要:

    针对本科院校专业教师年轻化、高学历化、非师范化的现状,从教学经验不足、教学与科研脱节、教学能力提升途径单一等方面分析了制约高等农业院校机电类专业青年教师教学能力提升和教学水平发展的原因。提出以一体化教学、科教融合、赛教融合和校企合作等途径提升青年教师尤其是新入职教师的教学能力,并围绕上述途径,详细介绍了提升教学能力的过程及方式。研究结果可为农业院校机电类专业提高教学质量及提升人才培养水平提供参考。
