Abstract:
According to current situation of professional teachers in undergraduate universities being young, highly educated and non-normal, reasons that restrict teaching ability improvement and teaching level development were analyzed for young teachers of electromechanical major in agricultural colleges and universities, such as lack of teaching experience, disjointed teaching and research, and single improvement method of teaching ability.On this basis, integrated teaching, science-education integration, competition-education integration, and college-enterprise cooperation were proposed as improved approaches to enhance teaching ability of young teachers, especially newly-employed teachers.Action mode and process of above approaches were elaborated, which could help improve teaching quality of electromechanical teachers in agricultural colleges and universities, and increase their talent training levels.
