“互联网+课程思政”融合在果蔬加工工艺学课程中的实践

Practice of "Internet + Curriculum Ideology and Politics" Integration in Course ofFruit and Vegetable Processing Technology

  • 摘要: 现代食品生产工艺水平不断提高,在产教融合、工学结合的大背景下,以果蔬加工工艺学课程为例,围绕课程中果蔬饮料教学板块体系构建、教学实施、实施成效和反思改进4个方面,阐述了如何在教学中科学利用信息技术资源、挖掘思政元素、发挥思政教育功能,从而全方位提高教学效率,为社会培养高质量、高素养的现代食品科学技术人才。

     

    Abstract: With continuous improvement of modern food production technology, under background of integration of production and education and integration of work and learning, taking course of Fruit and Vegetable Processing Technology as an example, and focusing on four aspects of teaching plate system construction, teaching implementation, implementation effect and reflection improvement of fruit and vegetable beverage in the course, how to make scientific use of information technology resources in teaching, excavate ideological and political elements, and give full play to ideological and political education functions, were expounded so as to comprehensively improve teaching efficiency and cultivate high-quality modern food science and technology talents for the society.
