Abstract: With continuous improvement of modern food production technology, under background of integration of production and education and integration of work and learning, taking course of Fruit and Vegetable Processing Technology as an example, and focusing on four aspects of teaching plate system construction, teaching implementation, implementation effect and reflection improvement of fruit and vegetable beverage in the course, how to make scientific use of information technology resources in teaching, excavate ideological and political elements, and give full play to ideological and political education functions, were expounded so as to comprehensively improve teaching efficiency and cultivate high-quality modern food science and technology talents for the society．
