饲料收获机发动机过载自适应调整装置及方法

Engine Overload Adaptive Adjustment Device and Method for Forage Harvesters

  • 摘要: 随着畜牧产业的快速发展,青饲料种植面积逐年增加,而青饲料收获季节较短,过早、过晚收获都会造成饲料营养流失,需要用户在有限时间内高效率完成收获,驾驶员通过增加作业幅宽或者提高收获机作业速度来提高效率,引起发动机过载,造成收获机停机。设计了一种饲料收获机发动机过载自适应调整系统,该系统通过操纵手柄反馈信号判定收获机的前进方向,实时采集发动机转速和发动机负载数据,一键启动自适应模式,当发动机过载时,控制器通过减少行走泵电磁阀的电流来降低收获机作业速度,收获机喂入量相应减少,从而降低发动机负载。自适应系统可以有效地降低驾驶员的劳动强度,提高饲料收获机作业效率。

     

    Abstract: With rapid development of livestock husbandry, under situation of increasing forage planting area year by year, shorter forage harvest season, and forage nutrition loss by early or late harvesting, users should complete harvesting efficiently within a limited time, usually by means of increasing harvesting width or increasing working speed, consequently cause overload of engine, and finally resulting in shutdown of forage harvester.Aiming at above problems, an engine overload adaptive system of forage harvester was designed.The system determined forward direction of harvester through feedback signal of control handle, collected datas of engine speed and engine load percentage in real time, and started adaptive mode with one key.When engine was overloaded, controller reduced forward speed of harvester by reducing current of solenoid valve of walking pump, and engine load was reducing by correspondingly reducing feeding amount of harvester.This adaptive system could effectively reduce labor intensity and improve working efficiency of forage harvester.
