基于北斗导航技术的农机作业数据监测终端产品应用研究

Experimental Study on Application Quality of Agricultural Machinery Operation Data Monitoring Terminal Based on Beidou Navigation Technology

  • 摘要: 为促进以北斗导航技术为基础的农机作业监测终端产品推广应用水平不断提升,以国内8款主流作业监测终端产品为对象,以静态CEP50/95、断点续传、静态作业深度/状态检测及动态作业等项目进行大田应用试验。试验结果表明,BYT-4GS1型终端静态CEP试验精度最高,CEP50为0.111、CEP95为0.13;旋耕机静态深度试验ZNSS-3、XXDZ-002-2015型终端与实际差距最小,为0.3 cm;收获机静态试验XXDZ-002-2015型、YBYT-4GS1型终端与实际差距最小,为0.1 cm;旋耕机动态试验全志A40型终端轨迹偏移量最低,为0.803 m;收获机作业试验YBYT-4GS1型轨迹偏移量最低,为0.566 m;旋耕机作业面积FJD4BD-97M4型终端差距最低,为1.5%;收获机作业面积YBYT-4GS1型终端差距最低,为1.05%。在应用推广中,试验结果对不同使用场景选择终端设备提供了依据,为传统农机的智能化、信息化发展提供了数据支持。

     

    Abstract: To promote performance improvement of agricultural machinery operation monitoring terminal based on Beidou navigation technology, eight major operation monitoring terminal products in China was taken as object and applied in field for such tests as static CEP50/95, breakpoint continuingly, static working depth/state detection, and dynamic operation.Test results showed that BYT-4GS1 terminal has the highest static CEP test accuracy, with CEP50 of 0.111 and CEP95 of 0.13.Static depth test of ZNSS-3 and XXDZ-002-2015 rotary tiller has the smallest difference between terminal and actual value, which was 0.3 cm.Static test of harvester XXDZ-002-2015 and YBYT-4GS1 had the smallest difference between terminal and the actual value, which was 0.1 cm.Dynamic test of rotary tiller showed that A40 terminal trajectory has the lowest deviation, which was 0.803 m.YBYT-4GS1 type harvester operation test has the lowest trajectory deviation of 0.566 m.FJD4BD-97M4 terminal of rotary tiller has the lowest difference in operating area, which was 1.5%.YBYT-4GS1 terminal has the lowest difference in operating area of harvester, which was 1.05%.In application promotion, experimental results provide a basis for selecting terminal devices in different usage scenarios, and provide data support for intelligent and information-based development of traditional agricultural machinery.
