履带式不停机打捆收割一体机设计与试验

Design and Experiment of Crawler Type Non-stop Baling and Harvesting Integrated Machine

  • 摘要: 履带式不停机打捆收割一体机具有适应柠条、沙柳、杂交构树等木本植物的连续收割、多级输送、切碎抛送、链耙输送喂入和不停机打捆成型等功能。研究设计了履带式液压变量行走底盘、不停机圆捆打捆装置等关键部件,集成应用了双圆盘锯割台装置、多辊喂入装置、组合式切碎滚筒装置及负荷喂入与作业速度自动匹配的自适应调控系统。性能试验表明,研制的履带行走底盘能适应8 t载质量驱动行走和20°爬坡要求,整机行走、切割、输送、链耙输送喂入和打捆作业流程通畅,圆捆成型的捆包尺寸Φ900 mm×1 000 mm,捆型规整,平均捆质量220 kg/捆(柠条鲜质量),成捆率98.2%,损失率5.5%,平均作业速度3~4 km/h,最高作业速度可达5.9 km/h,作业后平均割茬高度<8 cm,作业生产效率0.66 hm2/h,可实现收割、输送、连续不停机一体化作业。

     

    Abstract: Crawler type non-stop baling and harvesting integrated machine has functions such as continuous harvesting, multi-level conveying, shredding and throwing, chain climbing conveying and feeding, and non-stop bundling and forming for woody plants such as Caragana, Salix psammophila, and Hybrid broussonetia.Key components were researched and designed, such as a tracked hydraulic variable displacement walking chassis and a non-stop round bundling device.A dual disc saw cutting table device, a multi roller feeding device, a combined cutting drum device, and an adaptive control system that automatically matches load feeding with operating speed, were integrated and applied.Performance tests have shown that developed tracked walking chassis could adapt to requirements of 8 t load driving and 20° climbing.The entire machine's walking, cutting, conveying, chain climbing, feeding and bundling processes were smooth, and size of round bundle formed was Φ 900 mm × 1 000 mm, with regular bundle shape, average bundle weight of 220 kg/bundle(fresh quality of caragana), bundling rate of 98.2%, loss rate of 5.5%, average operating speed from 3 km/h to 4 km/h, and maximum operating speed of 5.9 km/h.The average cutting height after operation wass less than 8 cm, and operating production efficiency was 0.66 hm2/h.It could achieve integrated harvesting, conveying, and continuous non-stop operation.
