基于TRIZ理论的刺梨自动采摘机设计

Design on Automatic Rosa roxburghii Tratt Picker Based on TRIZ Theory

  • 摘要: 目前,刺梨采摘环节存在采摘效率低、劳动强度大等问题,为了提高刺梨采摘的整体作业效率,运用TRIZ理论设计了一款集自动采摘、输送和收集为一体的刺梨自动采摘机。运用TRIZ识别工具功能分析构建了采摘装置的系统功能模型,分析矛盾冲突,选用合适的发明原理设计出最优解决方案。运用UG软件建立刺梨自动采摘机三维模型,并对主要部件进行了有限元分析。结果表明,仿真分析结果满足设计要求。将TRIZ理论运用到刺梨自动采摘机设计过程中,验证了创新设计构思的可行性,为农业装备设计研究提供了重要参考。

     

    Abstract: At present, there are some problems in picking process of Rosa roxburghii Tratt, such as low picking efficiency and high labor intensity.In order to improve overall operation efficiency of Rosa roxburghii Tratt picking, a Rosa roxburghii Tratt automatic picker integrating automatic picking, conveying and collecting was designed by using TRIZ theory.By using TRIZ identification tool function analysis, system function model of picker was constructed, contradiction and conflict were analyzed, and appropriate invention principle was selected to design optimal solution.Three-dimensional model of automatic picker of Rosa roxburghii Tratt was established by UG software, and finite element analysis of key components was carried out.Results showed that simulation analysis results met design requirements.The TRIZ theory was applied to design process of Rosa roxburghii Tratt automatic pickier, which verified feasibility of innovative design concept and provided an important reference for design and research of agricultural equipment.
