自走式智能花叶类工业大麻收获机用柴油机抱瓦分析

Analysis of Diesel Engine Bearing Pads for Self-propelled Intelligent Flower Leaf Industrial Hemp Harvesting Equipment

  • 摘要: 自走式智能花叶类工业大麻收获机所用柴油机(以下简称麻用柴油机)由于工作条件恶劣等原因,常常出现故障,其中抱瓦是麻用柴油机最严重的常见故障之一。通过柴油机曲轴轴瓦的受力分析,依据柴油机润滑系统工作原理和抱瓦的故障现象,提出抱瓦的诊断思路,详细阐述了产生抱瓦原因,在此基础上给出了预防和减少抱瓦的有效措施。提出了在润滑系统中加装一套机油提前润滑装置,解决麻用柴油机易发生抱瓦故障的问题。

     

    Abstract: Due to poor working conditions and other reasons, diesel engine used in self-propelled intelligent flower leaf industrial hemp harvesting equipment(hereinafter referred to as hemp diesel engine)often experiences one type or another of malfunction, among which holding bush is one of the most common and serious faults in hemp diesel engines.Starting with analyzing stress on crankshaft bearing shells of diesel engines, a diagnostic approach for bearing shells was proposed based on working principle of diesel engine lubrication system and fault phenomenon of bearing shells.Specific reasons for bearing shells were analyzed in detail, and effective measures were provided to prevent and reduce bearing shells.And it creatively proposed adding a set of oil advance lubrication device to original lubrication system of hemp diesel engines, fundamentally avoiding occurrence of bearing failure.
