设施栽培宜机化试验设计及效益分析

Design and Benefit Analysis of Mechanized Experiment for Facility Cultivation

  • 摘要: 设施农业机械化、自动化程度低等因素严重制约我国设施农业的发展。受设施结构、自然条件(光照、通风等)、种植习惯等多种因素的影响,山西省大部分日光温室南北垄向跨度大多在20 m左右,南北短垄向栽培不适合机械化生产作业,严重制约了设施农业机械化水平的提高。2022年,山西省农业机械发展中心联合中国农业大学在山西省祁县、新绛县进行了大棚设施东西垄向机械化番茄生产试验,旨在寻求一种适合山西省设施宜机化栽培的生产作业模式。试验中,将东西垄向高垄栽培模式与人工南北垄向番茄生产作业进行效益对比分析,东西垄向机械化番茄生产不仅能够较大程度上节约用工、用时,而且番茄生长的各个环节苗株健壮、叶片宽大、挂果率高,产量不减。

     

    Abstract: Low level of mechanization and automation in facility agriculture seriously restrict development of facility agriculture in China.Affected by facility structure, natural conditions(light, ventilation, etc.), planting habits and other factors, most of solar greenhouses in Shanxi Province are mostly about 20 m in the north-south ridge span, and north-south short ridge cultivation is not suitable for mechanized production operations, which seriously restricts improvement of mechanization level of facility agriculture.In 2022, Shanxi Agricultural Machinery Development Center and China Agricultural University conducted an experiment on tomato production in Qixian County and Xinjiang County of Shanxi Province, aiming to find a production mode suitable for machine-oriented cultivation of facilities in Shanxi Province.In the experiment, benefits of east-west ridge to high ridge cultivation mode and artificial north-south ridge to tomato production were compared and analyzed.The east-west ridge to mechanized tomato production could not only save labor and time to a great extent, but also have strong seedling, wide leaves, high fruit hanging rate and no reduction in yield.
