风电叶片用芯材应用进展

Progress on Application of Core Materials for Wind Turbine Blades

  • 摘要: 芯材是风电叶片的关键材料之一,主要用于风电叶片的壳体、腹板和叶根中,为风电叶片提供刚度和抗剪切作用,提高整个风电叶片的抗载荷能力。风电叶片作为大型构件,其芯材需要具有良好的机械性能,还需具有良好的工艺性能。针对目前国内外研究机构及制造商对风电叶片用芯材的应用研究,着重综述了目前应用较多的4种风电叶片芯材(轻木、PVC材料、PET材料、SAN材料)在材料性能方面和加工应用方面的研究进展。

     

    Abstract: Core material is one of the key materials of wind turbine blades, which is mainly used in shell, web and blade root of wind turbine blades.The core materials mainly provide stiffness and shear resistance for blades, so core materials need good mechanical properties and mechnial properties.For the foam core materials currently used in wind turbine blades, domestic and foreign research institutions and manufacturers have been carried out many studies.The progress of four widely used wind turbine blade core materials(Balsa, PVC, PET, and SAN)in performance and processing application was reviewed.
