基于物联网的空气源热泵式谷物干燥机试验研究

Experimental Research on Air Source Heat Pump Grain Dryer Based on Internet of Things

  • 摘要: 根据稻谷烘干的工艺要求,以泰州市某家庭农场的空气源热泵粮食烘干机为例,对基于物联网的空气源热泵热风机组在不同环境温度、匹配不同烘干机工况下的性能进行试验研究,采集干燥机热风温度、风量、耗电量等数据,计算热泵系统制热量、性能指数(coefficient of performance,COP)、除湿能耗比(specific moisture extraction rate,SMER)及烘干成本等数据,对热泵系统的实际性能进行分析。结果表明,空气源热泵系统性能受环境平均温度的影响显著,随环境温度升高,热泵的制热量逐步减少,COP逐渐增加、SMER增大;但当环境温度<9 °C时,热泵出风温度达不到设定值,COP和SMER均低于均值;当环境温度>9 °C时,系统表现出良好性能。

     

    Abstract: According to process requirements of rice drying, taking air source heat pump grain dryer of a family farm in Taizhou City as an example, performance of air source heat pump hot air unit based on internet of things was tested and studied under different ambient temperatures and matching different dryer conditions.Data such as temperature, air volume and power consumption of hot air dryer were collected.Actual performance of heat pump system was analyzed by calculating data of heat production, coefficient of performance(COP), specific moisture extraction rate(SMER)and drying cost.Results showed that performance of air source heat pump system was significantly affected by average ambient temperature.With increase of ambient temperature, heat produced by heat pump gradually decreased, COP increased and SMER increased.However, when ambient temperature was lower than 9 °C, outlet air temperature of heat pump could not reach set value, COP and SMER were lower than mean value.The system performed well when ambient temperature was higher than 9 °C.
