基于产业链视角的海洋牧场品牌建设模式以好当家集团为例

Brand Construction Mode of Marine Ranching from Perspective of Industrial ChainTaking Homey Group as an Example

  • 摘要: 以好当家集团为例,分析了好当家集团产业链及海洋牧场品牌建设与其产业链的关联性,阐述了好当家集团品牌培育路径,即集团的营销网络和在营销环节采取的手段。基于产业链视角,构建了海洋牧场品牌建设模型,即海洋牧场品牌建设需要精准进行品牌定位、确保全产业链安全绿色、寻找产品独特创新点及深度拓展品牌营销渠道,以期为我国海洋牧场可持续发展提供有益借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Taking Homey Group as an example, industrial chain of it and relationship between brand construction of marine ranching and its industrial chain was analyzed.Brand cultivation path of Homey Group was elaborated, which included group's marketing network and means adopted in marketing process.Based on perspective of industrial chain, a brand building model for ocean ranches was constructed, which should require precise brand positioning, ensure safety and green of entire industry chain, search for unique product innovation points, and deeply expand brand marketing channels, in order to provide useful reference for sustainable development of ocean ranches in China.
