基于SSH框架的实验室信息管理系统研究与设计

Research and Design of Information Management System of Laboratory Based on SSH Framework

  • 摘要: 为解决目前实验室存在仪器设备借用混乱、管理工作烦琐无章、管理员与师生对接不及时等问题,加快推进实验室管理信息化进程,通过对高校实验室进行深入调研与分析,基于SSH框架以Java为开发语言,以MySQL作为系统数据库,设计开发了实验室信息管理系统。该系统针对不同用户需求,设置3种用户角色,即实验室管理员、教师和学生,实现按角色分配对应的权限,可以实现管理员用户审核、实验室及仪器预约、实验设备报修和实验设备信息管理等功能。该系统界面友好、操作简捷、实用性强,能够有效地减缓管理人员的工作压力,提升实验室管理和使用效率,满足实验室日常管理需求。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve problems of chaotic instrument and equipment borrowing, cumbersome management work, and untimely communication between administrators and teachers and students in current laboratory, and to accelerate informationization process of laboratory management, a laboratory information management system was designed and developed based on SSH framework and Java as development language, MySQL as system database, through in-depth research and analysis of college laboratory.The system was designed to cater to different user needs by setting up three user roles, namely laboratory administrator, teacher, and student, to assign corresponding permissions according to roles.It could achieve functions such as administrator user review, laboratory and instrument appointment, laboratory equipment repair, and laboratory equipment information management.The system has a user-friendly interface, simple operation, and strong practicality, which could effectively alleviate work pressure of management personnel, improve laboratory management and utilization efficiency, and meet needs of daily laboratory management.
