重力流超滤技术处理在水窖中应用研究进展

Research Progress in Application of Gravity Flow Ultrafiltration Technology Treatment in Water Cellars

  • 摘要: 西北农村地区集雨水窖污染物数量多、种类繁杂,窖水水质不能满足居民安全饮水标准。利用一种新型节能、高效的净水处理工艺(重力流超滤技术)是改善窖水水质的重要手段。在描述西北地区集雨水窖特征的基础上,着重分析了膜材质、膜组件、进水水质和膜清洗方式等因素对影响膜出水量、膜污染或膜堵塞的运行效果和机理。深入探讨和分析了重力流超滤技术在西北农村地区应用和推广方面的技术优势和经济优势,提出重力流超滤技术适用于我国西北农村缺水地区发展,以期为提高和改善窖水水质及居民安全饮水提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: The number and variety of contaminants in rainwater harvesting cellars in rural areas of Northwest China make quality of cellar water inadequate to meet residents' safe drinking water standards.The use of a new energy-saving and efficient water purification process(gravity flow ultrafiltration technology)is an important means of improving quality of cellar water.On the basis of describing characteristics of water cellars in northwest region, factors such as membrane material, membrane components, inlet water quality, and membrane cleaning method that affect operational effects and mechanisms of membrane outflow, membrane fouling, or membrane blockage were analyzed.In depth exploration and analysis were conducted on technical and economic advantages of gravity flow ultrafiltration technology in application and promotion of rural areas in northwest China.It was proposed that gravity flow ultrafiltration technology was suitable for development of water scarce areas in rural areas of northwest China, in order to provide reference for improving quality of cellar water and ensuring safe drinking water for residents.
