黄精化学成分及药理作用研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Activities of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.

摘要: 黄精作为药食两用的多年生贵州省道地中药材，符合当代大健康产业发展的要求。黄精主要化学成分为多糖、皂苷、黄酮、氨基酸和挥发性成分等，具有抗氧化、降血糖、降血脂和调节免疫力等功效。归纳总结了黄精化学成分和药理作用及机制的国内外研究进展，为黄精健康产品开发与研究提供参考。

Abstract: As a traditional perennial Chinese medicine for both medicine and food in Guizhou, Polygonatum sibiricum Red．meets industrial development requirements of a wide concept of health．Main chemical compositions of Polygonatum sibiricum Red．include polysaccharides, saponins, flavonoids, amino acids, volatile components and so on, which have some functions, such as antioxidant, hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering, and immune regulating effects．Research progress on chemical constituents, pharmacological activities and mechanisms of Polygonatum sibiricum Red．at home and abroad were mainly summarized, to provide reference of healthy products and clinical drug research．
