Abstract: Rural land is foundation and lifeline of rural development, and orderly land transfer can greatly promote rural revitalization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas．In this context, research content of researchers on rural land transfer was summarized, and research progress and achievements related to rural land transfer were summarized．Policy system, transfer market, influencing factors, problems and countermeasures of rural land transfer were elaborated, to provide reference for subsequent research on rural land transfer, thereby improving efficiency of rural land transfer and helping to promote rural revitalization．
