袋栽食用菌液体菌种接种装备研发与试验研究

Development and Experimental Research on Liquid Strain Inoculation Equipment for Bagging Edible Mushrooms

  • 摘要: 目前,国内袋栽食用菌液体菌种接种方式以人工和半自动机接种为主,生产效率较低、接种量精度较差、故障率高,尚未达到袋栽食用菌工厂化生产的要求。针对袋栽食用菌液体接种定位难、接种效率低、设备故障率高等问题,研发了一种可实现自动运输、定位、夹紧、压瓶、开盖、喷射接种、压盖、检测和输送等工序的袋栽食用菌液体接种装备,可完成全自动连续液体菌种接种。该装备可有效减少人工作业强度,也可避免开闭盖时间过长引起的外界环境杂菌侵入污染,提高液体菌种接种工作效率和出菇质量,实现袋栽食用菌液体菌种的自动化接种。试验结果表明,接种能力≥3236棒/h,平均3256棒/h(>3000棒/h);接种量一致性变异系数≤1.9%,平均1.72%(<2%);试验工作56 h(MTBF>50 h)未发生故障;试验打孔深度56.3~57.8 mm,平均值57.33 mm;试验结果均满足设计要求。在试验过程中,没有出现强度、刚度方面的故障和问题,说明机械部分设计的强度和刚度能够满足生产要求,机械性能稳定可靠。

     

    Abstract: At present, domestic bagging edible mushroom liquid strain inoculation method is mainly manual and semi-automatic machine inoculation.The production efficiency is low and mechanical failure rate is high, which has not yet reached requirements of bagging edible mushroom factory production.In response to problems of difficult inoculation positioning, low inoculation efficiency and high equipment failure rate of bagging edible mushroom liquid strain inoculation, a kind of bagging edible mushroom liquid strain inoculation equipment was developed, that could realize automatic transportation, positioning, clamping, vial pressing, capping, spray inoculation, capping, testing and conveying.It could complete fully automatic continuous liquid strain inoculation of fungus seeds.This equipment could effectively reduce manual work intensity and avoid contamination caused by outside environment and caused by long time of opening and closing the lid.It could improve efficiency of liquid strain inoculation and quality of mushroom production, and realize automatic inoculation of liquid strain in bags of edible mushroom.The minimum inoculation capacity of machine was 3236 sticks/hour, and the average was 3256 sticks/hour >3000 sticks/hour.The maximum coefficient of variation of inoculum consistency was 1.9%, and the average was 1.78%<2%, which met requirements of mission statement.No failure occurred in 56 hours of test work, meeting Mean Time Between Failure(MTBF)> 50 hours.The test drilling depth was 56.3~57.8 mm, and average value was 57.33 mm.There was no failure or problem in strength and stiffness of this machine during whole experiment.It showed that strength and stiffness of mechanical part of machine was designed to meet production requirements.Mechanical performance was stable and reliable.
