Abstract: In the new era, interdisciplinary tutorial community is an important strategic resource for postgraduate innovative talents cultivative education．It is a system that builds a cross-disciplinary fusion system on basis of a single mentoring relationship, establish a new collaborative model between supervisors and graduate students, and achieves cultivation of innovative talents．Practice has proved that interdisciplinary guidance community could effectively solve problems encountered scientific research, promote establishment of interdisciplinary scientific research, and provide new ideas for exploring interdisciplinary postgraduate guidance relationship．
