涉农高校农业与工程跨学科导学共同体培养研究生创新型人才

Interdisciplinary Guidance Community of Agricultural and Engineering in Agriculture-related Universities Cultivates New Types of Postgraduate Talents

  • 摘要: 新时代下,跨学科导学共同体是研究生创新型人才培养教育的重要战略资源。它是在单一的导学关系基础上,构建多学科交叉融合体系,建立新型导师与研究生联动模式,实现创新型人才的培养。实践证明,跨学科导学共同体可有效解决科研中遇到的问题,促进团队跨学科科研思维的建立,为探索跨学科研究生导学关系提供新思路。

     

    Abstract: In the new era, interdisciplinary tutorial community is an important strategic resource for postgraduate innovative talents cultivative education.It is a system that builds a cross-disciplinary fusion system on basis of a single mentoring relationship, establish a new collaborative model between supervisors and graduate students, and achieves cultivation of innovative talents.Practice has proved that interdisciplinary guidance community could effectively solve problems encountered scientific research, promote establishment of interdisciplinary scientific research, and provide new ideas for exploring interdisciplinary postgraduate guidance relationship.
