Field Operation Performance Test for New Type of Crawler Type Piggery Underfloor Manure Remover

随着经济发展和生活水平提高,猪肉消费量巨大,带动规模化养猪业蓬勃发展,但猪舍粪污清理成为难题。河南牧原智能科技有限公司研发的一种履带式猪舍板下清粪机,能够实现自动导航作业,对猪舍板下粪污进行清理。场地作业性能测试结果表明,清洁率、生产率、导航精度和连续作业时间等主要作业质量合格,符合农机专项鉴定大纲规定要求,能替代人力作业,满足规模化养殖场实际生产需求,节约资源成本,环境适应性强,是一种有效的清理粪污智能设备,推广应用前景广阔。
Abstract:With economic development and improvement of living standards, consumption of pork is huge, driving vigorous development of large-scale pig farming, but cleaning of pig manure and urine waste has become a problem.A crawler type piggery underfloor manure remover developed by Henan Muyuan Company can achieve automatic navigation operations and clean up waste under piggery floor.Performance test results of on-site operations indicated that, main operations such as cleanliness, productivity, navigation accuracy, and continuous operation time were qualified, meeting requirements of agricultural machinery special appraisal outline standards.It can replace human operations, meet actual production needs of large-scale aquaculture farms, save resource costs, and have strong environmental adaptability.It is an effective intelligent equipment for cleaning fecal and urine wastes, with broad prospects for promotion and application.
