Abstract: To comprehensively promote rural revitalization, talent team is the key．How to cultivate agricultural talents who are deeply rooted, useful, and retain is an important mission and responsibility of higher vocational colleges．With goal of cultivating high quality agricultural talents, emphasizing personalized education and deepening integration of industry and education, personalized teaching models suitable for high quality farmers were developed in response to teaching problems in high quality farmer education, to provide model reference for agricultural universities to carry out high quality farmer education, and assist in modernization of agriculture and rural areas．
