远红光阶段辐照对水稻幼苗生长及水分利用效率的影响

Influence of Far-red Light Stage Irradiation on Growth and Water Use Efficiency of Rice Seedlings

  • 摘要: 以水稻“绿旱639”为研究对象,在水稻种期(T1处理)、芽期(T2处理)和苗期(T3处理)分别进行远红光辐照,并设置对照组(CK处理)。测算了水稻幼苗的生理指标、生长特性及水分利用效率,研究了阶段辐照下远红光对水稻幼苗生长及水分利用效率的影响。结果表明,种期进行辐照水稻幼苗的叶面积比芽期和苗期分别增加了15.82%和20.46%;芽期进行辐照水稻幼苗的相对生长速率比种期和苗期分别增加了23.10%和37.01%,根长、根冠比、净同化速率等指标的增长幅度均大于种期和苗期辐照;苗期进行辐照水稻幼苗的叶片水分利用效率与种期和芽期辐照相比,分别增加了16.60%和23.07%。综上,在水稻幼苗的芽期进行远红光辐照,可以有效促进水稻幼苗的生长;在水稻幼苗的苗期进行远红光辐照,可以显著提高水稻幼苗的水分利用效率。研究结果从光学农业角度为提高水稻及其他作物水分利用效率提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: Taking rice "green drought 639" as research object, far-red irradiation was radiated at seed stage(T1), bud stage(T2)and seedling stage(T3), and a control group(CK)was set.Physiological indicators, growth characteristics, and water use efficiency of rice seedlings were calculated, influence of far-red light on growth and water use efficiency of rice seedlings was studied.Results showed that, leaf area of rice seedlings irradiated during seed stage increased by 15.82% and 20.46% compared to bud and seedling stages, respectively.Relative growth rate of rice seedlings irradiated during bud stage increased by 23.10% and 37.01% compared to seed and seedling stages, respectively.Growth amplitude of root length, root crown ratio, net assimilation rate and other indicators was greater than that of irradiation during seed and seedling stages.Water use efficiency of rice seedlings irradiated during seedling stage increased by 16.60% and 23.07% compared to seed and bud stages, respectively.In conclusion, far-red light irradiation during bud stage of rice seedlings can effectively promote growth of rice seedlings.Far-red light irradiation at seedling stage of rice seedlings can significantly improve water use efficiency of rice seedlings.This research provides a reference for improving water use efficiency of rice and other crops from perspective of optical agriculture.
