Abstract: Vegetables, as fresh agricultural products, are prone to spoilage and serious damage during storage and transportation．Current development status of preservation technology and facilities in vegetable production bases in Tianjin were researched．In response to problems existing in preservation technology and facilities in vegetable production bases in Tianjin City, suggestions for development of preservation technology and facilities in vegetable production bases in Tianjin City were proposed, in order to provide reference for development of preservation technology and facilities in vegetable production areas in Tianjin City．
