Abstract:
Due to global warming, risk of water shortage is increasing. Therefore, it is imperative to optimize traditional cultivation mode and implement water-saving irrigation.Regulated deficit irrigation is key technology to improve water use efficiency.Mechanism of regulated deficit irrigation was discussed in depth, and growth status of vines, development of roots and expression regulation of related proteins was comprehensively analyzed.A detailed overview of three specific irrigation modes was given: phased deficit irrigation, root zone irrigation and alternate irrigation.Effects of different irrigation periods on grape growth, water demand of different phenological periods and how to arrange irrigation time reasonably according to growth cycle of grapes, were further discussed.Effects of regulated deficit irrigation on key quality factors such as sugar, acidity, phenolic compounds and aroma substances in grape fruits were summarized.Through in-depth study of mechanism of adjustment deficit irrigation and discussion of influence of different irrigation modes and periods, theoretical foundation was laid for scientific management of vineyards, realization of water saving and efficiency, and promotion of sustainable agricultural development.
