9YDF-90型大方捆打捆机性能试验

Performance Experiments of Model 9YDF-90 Big Baler

  • 摘要: 农作物秸秆是良好的清洁能源,农作物秸秆的成捆收集是解决其规模化利用的有效途径。9YDF-90型大方捆打捆机的研制为秸秆规模化收集提供了新机型,性能试验表明,其成捆率、规则捆率及捆包密度等指标符合使用要求,并且捆包密度与液压压缩系统压力呈线性关系,相关性良好。

     

    Abstract: Straw is a good clean bio-resource in our country,and baled havesting of straws is a effective way to solve the problem of straws lack for the large-scale use. A new machine Model 9YDF-90 big baler was developed to meet the need of straw collection. And, performance experiments showed that the porperties such as rate of finished bale, rate of good bale and bale density of Model 9YDF-90 big baler can meet the need of baler standard. Furthermore, the relationship between bale density and compressing force of hydraulic system was linear, and the correlative coefficient was high.
