智能程控水稻芽种生产线系统设计与开发

Design of Automated Rice Germination Management System

  • 摘要: 为实现基于分布式网络总线结构的水稻芽种自动化生产,设计开发了大型水稻浸种容器和供水循环喷淋系统,通过集成温度、液位、压力等传感器和HMI人机界面,构建了集数据采集、自动控制、网络信息发布为一体的水稻芽种生产管理信息系统,实现了水稻芽种在浸种、破胸和催芽3个阶段水温调控、供水循环、自动喷淋的分布式控制。实验表明,该系统可使水稻芽种出芽率达95%以上,且保障了芽种出芽的整齐和健壮。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents an automated rice germination management system based on the distributed network. And a large rice seed container and water circulation system have been developed. By integrating the temperature, level, pressure sensors and HMI Human Machine Interface, a rice germination management system which include data acquisition, automatic control, and information distribution system have been finished. This system can control the water temperature, circulation and spray at the different growth stages of rice seed. After application of the technology, the budding rate of rice exceed 95% and the growth of rice shoots are very neat and robust.
