潮汐式灌溉系统的研发与推广

Research and Extension of Ebb-and-flow Irrigation System

  • 摘要: 针对国内设施农业生产水肥浪费严重,相关技术装备整体水平落后的现状,本文阐述了了潮汐式灌溉系统的研发与推广。该系统利用液面的落差原理,通过计算机控制系统实现作物底部给水及水肥的精确管理和控制,适用于盆栽植物的营养液栽培和容器育苗的工厂化生产,具有节水、节肥、生产效率高、作物长势好等特点。应用表明,采用潮汐灌溉方式的作物,其生长量明显优于人工浇灌方式,还可减少用水量33%,提高水分利用效率40%,还可减少氮肥使用量。可推动我国设施农业的增产、增收,提高花卉、种苗的品质,具有广阔的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Based on the background of serious waste problems of irrigation and fertilization in facility agriculture, and under-developed techniques and equipments, the Ebb-and-flow Irrigation System is developed. By using fluctuation difference theory of liquid surface, through computer control system,to realize precise management and control of water and fertilizer,the system suits to industrialized production of pot plant in hydroponically-grown and container seedlings, and has the characteristic of water saving, fertilization saving, high production efficiency, good crop progress. This method can decrease water quantity 33%, promote water using efficiency 40% compared with pouring irrigation,can also decrease nitrogen fertilizer quantity as well. The system can increase yield and income of farmers in facility agriculture, improve the qualities of flower and seedling, and have prosperous application prospect in China.
