Abstract: Drip irrigation engineering is an important part of China water-saving irrigation，the drip irrigation area during the different historic occasion indicates the intensity of national investment.So the area of water-saving irrigation is a very important parameter in agriculture irrigation.The article suggests that the theory about drip irrigation and its development practice plan should be strengthened during the National 12.5 Plan′and agricultural modernization production practice.
