JPWZ-1型微型植物工厂的研制

Development of JPWZ-1type Micro Plant Factory

  • 摘要: 针对未来城市家庭蔬菜栽培和种植的需要,研制了一种适合于楼宇、家庭使用的微型植物工厂——JPWZ-1型微型植物工厂。JPWZ-1型微型植物工厂是将大型植物工厂的各项技术集成在一个小型化栽培空间中,利用温湿度精准控制、人工补光及营养液循环供养等方式种植和栽培叶菜类蔬菜作物。JPWZ1型微型植物工厂控制系统利用S7-200PLC作为控制器,利用TPC7062K触摸屏作为人机界面,利用PID控制模式控制栽培区的温湿度环境。JPWZ-1型微型植物工厂功能齐全,布局合理,操作简单,能够让身处都市的人在家中栽培出周期短、品质高和无污染的蔬菜。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the needs of family gardening and planting,a micro plant factory for offices and houses was developed.Bringing in all technologies of largescale plant factory,the micro plant factory contained temperature and humidity control system,artificial lighting system and nutrient solution circle system,with which people could plant leaf vegetables in house.S7-200PLC,TPC7062K were used in micro plant factory automation system,and PID mode was also used in temperature and humidity precisely control.With the advantage of perfect function,handsome structure and convenience,people in cities could cultivate short-period,high-quality,non-pollution vegetables making use of micro plant factory.
