Abstract: Three conversions （from project to object， from personal to organization，from decentralization to intensive）were focused by Beijing Vocational College of Agricultural. Three big challenges faced by modern university service system were correctly handled.Scientific research and social service work were overall promoted.Services factors inside and outside of college were integrated.Pertinence，effectiveness and ordering of social service were improved.To build ‘the one main stem with many other branches’in modern agriculture service system，it needs to systematically and scientifically plan among three levels of local governments，functional departments and research institutions.
