Abstract: Agricultural machinery service is an important part of agricultural society service system，and an important way of science developing agriculture.Moreover，it supports modern agricultural industry，and has positive effects for country economy，and promotes the development of agriculture mechanizing continuously and healthily. According to author’s agricultural machinery management experiences gaining from his job for many years，problems of agricultural machinery management in Sichun province were investigated，and gives some suggestions were given.
