食用菌液体菌种接种装置设计及参数优化试验

Design and Parameter Optimization Experiment on Inoculation Devices of Edible Fungi Liquid Spawn

  • 摘要: 针对现有食用菌液体菌种接种机接种效率低,单瓶接种误差大、不均匀等问题,设计了一种高速精确液体菌种接种装置。阐述了接种装置的结构和工作原理,重点分析了喷射流量和组合式喷头参数,并进行了接种装置性能参数优化试验。采用正交试验法,以接种精度、瓶间误差和重复差异量为指标,对喷射压力、喷嘴直径、喷射时间3个因素进行了研究。试验结果表明,喷射压力、喷嘴直径和喷射时间对接种效果影响显著,各参数的最优组合为喷射压力0.17 MPa,喷嘴直径0.4 mm,喷射时间0.52 s。试验验证证明,该机连续工作时,接种精确度>99%,瓶间误差<3%,重复差异量<0.4 g,各项指标满足食用菌工厂化生产需求。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problems of low efficiency,bottle error and uneven of liquid spawn inoculation,a high-speed precise liquid spawn inoculation devices was designed.Structure and principle of this inoculation device were clarified.Jet flux and combined nozzle parameters were analyzed emphatically.And the performance tests were carried on.Taking inoculation accuracy,bottle error and repetitive error as indicators,injection pressure,nozzle diameter and jet time were studied.Test and analysis results indicated that injection pressure,nozzle diameter and jet time had highly significant effect on inoculation effect,and the optimum parameters were 0.17 MPa for injection pressure,0.4 mm for nozzle diameter and 0.52 s for injection time.Test proved that inoculation accuracy was more than 99%,bottle error was less than 3%,and repeat error was less than 0.4 g.The indicators meet the demand of edible fungi factory production.
