一款新型烟田残膜捡拾机的设计

Design on a New Type of Tobacco Residual Film Picking up Machine

  • 摘要: 随着烟草农业的不断发展,使用地膜已成为确保烟叶高产稳产的重要手段,但随着地膜覆盖栽培年限的延长,土壤中残膜量逐步增加,对烟草农业可持续发展构成严重威胁。创新性设计一款烟田残膜捡拾机,运用机电一体化技术和空气动力学理论,将含膜土壤提升到一个平台进行智能风选处理,能同时捡拾地表和地下的各种残膜,结构简单,推广应用前景广阔。

     

    Abstract: With continuous development of tobacco agriculture,the use of plastic film has become an important means to ensure high and stable yield of tobacco.However,with extension of plastic film mulching cultivation period,the amount of residual film in soil increased gradually.It posed serious threat to sustainable development of tobacco agriculture.A new type of tobacco residual film picking up machine was designed creatively.Soil with containing film was upgraded to a platform to make intelligent air treatment by using mechanical and electrical integration technology and aerodynamics theory.It could pick up surface and underground residual film at the same time.Structure of this residual film picking up machine was simple,and it had broad application prospects.
