Abstract: Farmers with a lot of farm machinery played a leading role in the development of agricultural mechanization and they had made a positive contribution to the development of agricultural modernization in China.With the emergence of farmers with a lot of farm machinery and lack of job management practices，farmers with a lot of farm machinery encountered many difficulties in the course of business.How to solve these problems and find development strategy were new research topics.Difficulties in management for farmers with a lot of farm machinery were analyzed.Some solutions were put forward.
