Abstract: With development of science and technology and increasingly deepening exchanges between different countries，the demand for English-learning is stronger.College English classroom teaching is extremely important for English learning.The problems existing in English classroom teaching education of agricultural engineering major mainly are：the way to teach is rigid，practical training is not enough，and materials used in class are not closely related to professional application.Teachers should be innovative in English classroom teaching of agricultural engineering major，teach basic English knowledge and at the same time，enhance professional application.
