Abstract: At present，development of rural infrastructure is slow.Rural infrastructure construction is subject to village scale，geographical location and local fiscal capacity factors.Introduction of new finance main body would effectively promote development of rural infrastructure construction in China.PPP mode breaks through traditional financing model barriers.Its multi-channel financing mode makes up for the lack of local financial funds，could effectively improve construction，operation and supervision efficiency of rural infrastructure.Based on study of problems and reasons of rural infrastructure，suggestion of using PPP model was put forward.
