    Abstract: Carbon footprint assessment and carbon labels application on products provides internally greenhouse gas emission reduction measures and improvement of product technology for enterprises.And it also provides the carbon footprint information for public or other third parties,as to enhance core competitiveness of products.An overview of the carbon footprint evaluation and carbon label application in meat almond cake,specific elaborating product carbon footprint assessment procedures and carbon label application were introduced,in order to provide references for domestic food enterprises to carry out product carbon footprint and carbon label work.
