Production Technology and Harvesting Equipment of Green Chinese Onion

  • 摘要: 大葱是我国主要蔬菜之一,其各环节的生产技术及机械化水平差异较大,整体机械化水平较低。大葱收获劳动强度大,生产效率低,主要依靠人工完成,作业质量难以保证,在联合收获技术及装备方面仍处于空白,迫切需要实现机械化。分析了我国大葱的生产技术及机械化状况,研究了国内外大葱收获技术及装备特点,提出了机械化收获存在的问题,指出了该领域的发展方向。

     

    Abstract: Green Chinese onion is one of important vegetables in our country.Production technology and mechanization level is of great differences,and overall mechanization level is low.The harvesting still need to be manually supplied,which result in labor intensity,low production efficiency,and quality of work hardly to be guaranteed.Combine harvest technology and equipment is still in the blank,and it is an urgent need to realize mechanization.Production technology and mechanization status of green Chinese onion was analyzed,harvest technology and equipment characteristics at home and abroad were studied,problems existing in mechanized harvesting were put forwarded,and development direction of this field was pointed out.
