Research and Derelopment of Automatic Transmission System of Stereo Cultivation Bed

  • 摘要: 为实现温室栽培输送全自动化、减少人工成本投入和提高温室内叶菜产量,研发了一种自动输送立体栽培床系统。该系统以立体栽培模式为基础,包括3种自动输送系统:补光灯高度自动调节系统、床架装运自动对接推送系统和AGV自动运输系统。该系统的研发填补了温室内自动适应补光的国内空白,实现了温室叶菜种植空间最大化利用。该套系统安全性高、实用性强,为温室立体栽培全自动化输送奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: An automatic stereo cultivation bed system was researched and developed in order to realize automatic delivery for greenhouse cultivation and reduce labor costs and improve greenhouse vegetable production.The system was based on stereo cultivation mode,including three kinds of automatic conveying systems:automatic light height adjustment system,automatic bedstead shipment docking push system and AGV automatic conveying system.The system has filled the internal blank of automatically adapts to light in greenhouse and realized maximum utilization of vegetable planting space in greenhouse.This system has advantages of high safety,strong practicability,and laying a foundation for full automatic transportation of greenhouse stereo cultivation.
