互联网营销模式下的现代职业农民教育机制

Education Mechanism of Modern Professional Farmers under Internet Marketing Mode

  • 摘要: 互联网技术的快速发展在很大程度上改变了传统的营销模式,缩短了产品流通的中间环节,打破了产品营销的地域限制,推动网络营销意识和营销模式在农户中的应用,培育现代网络营销新型职业农民,对于推动农户供给侧结构性改革,对农业发展注入新动力具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。在全面分析我国农产品互联网营销模式的现状、发展网络营销的障碍因素以及现实需求的基础上,从建立专业化教育培训机制、建立多元化教育参与机制、发挥农业企业的引领作用、建立培训的评估激励机制和建立农民培训的多层体系等方面提出了互联网营销模式下的现代职业农民教育体系政策和建议。

     

    Abstract: Rapid development of internet technology has changed traditional marketing mode to a great extent,shortened intermediate links of product circulation,broken geographical restrictions of product marketing,promoted application of network marketing consciousness and marketing mode in peasant households,fostered new professional peasants of modern network marketing,and it is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote structural reform on supply side of farmers and inject new impetus into agricultural development.Based on a comprehensive analysis of current situation of internet marketing mode of agricultural products in China,obstacles to development of internet marketing and actual needs,policies and suggestions of modern vocational peasant education system under internet marketing mode were put forward from aspects of establishing specialized education and training mechanism,establishing diversified education and participation mechanism,giving full play to leading role of agricultural enterprises,establishing evaluation and incentive mechanism of training and establishing multi-level system of peasant training.
