我国网购食品安全问题及监管对策

China's Online Food Safety Problems and Regulatory Countermeasures

摘要: 由于网购的便捷性、隐蔽性、复杂性、虚拟性以及不确定性，给网购食品带来一定的安全隐患，一些“三无”食品在网上销售，威胁到广大消费者的身体健康。该文主要分析了我国网购食品发展现状以及网购食品安全问题，并针对上述问题提出了相应的解决策略。

Abstract: Due to the convenience，concealment，complexity，virtuality and uncertainty of online shopping，it brings certain safety risks to the food safety of online shopping.Some‘3 without’food is sold online，threatening the health of consumers.Development status and safety problems of online shopping food in China were mainly analyzed，and corresponding solutions to above problems were put forward.
