Design of Small Multi-rod Toothed Turning Machine in Farm

  • 摘要: 针对中小型养殖场粪便废弃物的处理需求,设计了一种双驱动小型多杆拨齿槽式翻抛机。论述了翻抛机的主要结构及工作原理,对其行走系统、翻抛系统和控制系统进行了设计研究,行走底盘采用双减速电机驱动,翻抛系统采用经结构优化的拨齿,控制系统采用PLC和传感器组合的形式。试验表明,该机运行平稳、翻抛均匀流畅和生产高效,处理能力达到150~200 m3/h,广泛适用中小型养殖场的粪便废弃物处理和有机肥生产。

     

    Abstract: A dual-drive small multi-rod tooth-turning machine was designed to meet needs of small and medium-sized farm waste disposal.Main structure and working principle of turning machine were discussed.Design of walking system,turning system and control system were studied.Walking chassis was driven by double-reduction motor,and turning system adopted structure-optimized toothing.Control system adopted form of PLC and sensor combination.Test showed that machine runed smoothly,flow was even and smooth,production was efficient,and processing capacity could reach 150~200 m3/h.It was widely used for disposal of manure waste and organic fertilizer in small and medium-sized farms.
