Design and Experiment of Pressure Balance Device of Pneumatic Conveying Seeder

  • 摘要: 针对气送式播种机输种管长度影响排种性能的问题,设计了一种槽轮式气压平衡装置。装置进种口与上端输种管连接,出种口与下端输种管连接,且各行上端输种管长度相同。台架试验证明,采用所设计的槽轮式气压平衡装置后,总排量稳定性变异系数为0.56%,各行排量一致性变异系数由12.79%减少至2.12%,种子破损率为0.38%,满足相关标准要求。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem that length of seeding tube affects performance of seeding arrangement,a pressure balance device with grooved wheels was designed.Seed inlet of the device was connected with upper end of seed tube,seed outlet was connected with lower end of seed tube,and length of upper end of each line was the same.Experiment results showed that variation coefficient of total displacement stability was 0.56%,variation coefficient of each row displacement consistency was reduced from 12.79% to 2.12%,and seed damage rate was 0.38%,that could meet requirements of relevant standards.
