Review of Effects of Water Stress on Fruit Quality of Table Grapes

  • 摘要: 科学有效的灌溉方式对鲜食葡萄生长发育以及水资源的集约利用具有重要意义。针对目前我国鲜食葡萄研究现状,在查阅大量国内外文献的基础上,系统地总结了水分胁迫对鲜食葡萄果实外观和内在品质的影响,并就其研究进展提出展望,为我国设施栽培葡萄种植制定合理、科学的水分管理模式提供一定的实践和理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Scientific and effective irrigation methods are of great significance for growth and development of table grapes and intensive use of water resources.Aiming at current research status of table grape in China,based on a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,effects of water stress on appearance and intrinsic quality of table grape fruit were systematically summarized,and prospects for its research were put forward,that could provide a practical and theoretical basis for development of a reasonable and scientific water management model for plant cultivation in China.
