Abstract: Concept and mode of module production become high demand of agricultural machinery enterprises.Module partition method of complex product system was studied.Based on trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy mathematical theory，the edge weight of weighted complex network was quantitatively analyzed.Correlation matrix of product structure，function and customer participation was built，and comprehensive correlation matrix was determined.Association matrix was processed by extension clustering and threshold was selected to obtain module partition scheme.Finally，a corn harvester was taken as an example to verify practicability and effectiveness of the method.
