集成复杂网络和可拓聚类的复杂产品系统模块划分方法

Module Division Method of Complex Product System with Integrated Complex Network and Extension Clustering

  • 摘要: 模块生产理念和方式如今已成为农机企业的高度需求。针对复杂产品系统模块划分方法进行研究,基于梯形直觉模糊数理论对加权复杂网络的边权进行了定量分析。构建了产品的结构、功能及客户参与度3个维度的相关性矩阵,并确定综合相关矩阵。对关联矩阵利用可拓聚类进行处理,选取阈值得到了模块划分方案。以玉米收割机为例,验证了方法的实用性与有效性。

     

    Abstract: Concept and mode of module production become high demand of agricultural machinery enterprises.Module partition method of complex product system was studied.Based on trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy mathematical theory,the edge weight of weighted complex network was quantitatively analyzed.Correlation matrix of product structure,function and customer participation was built,and comprehensive correlation matrix was determined.Association matrix was processed by extension clustering and threshold was selected to obtain module partition scheme.Finally,a corn harvester was taken as an example to verify practicability and effectiveness of the method.
