Abstract: Food safety issues have always been the focus of people, from the source to do food safety control work, can provide more safe and healthy foods for the masses. Agricultural products are the first level of food safety. In the process of quality and safety testing of agricultural products, it is necessary to understand the current status of quality and safety testing system, and propose development countermeasures for the current situation. This paper uses the status quo and development countermeasures of the construction of agricultural products quality and safety testing system in Ankang City as an example to carry out research, hoping to have a reference to the construction of agricultural product quality and safety testing systems in other regions.
