三维元胞自动机模拟微生物生长研究

摘要: 针对元胞自动机较少考虑微生物三维空间的生长状况,建立了一种三维元胞自动机模拟微生物生长,结合布朗运动与Gompertz方程设计合理的元胞自动机规则。通过对大肠杆菌在蛋白胨溶液中的生长进行仿真,建立的三维元胞自动机能较好地描述微生物的生长过程,其活菌对数拟合精度较高(R2>0.98),表明所设计的三维元胞自动机可以较好地描述微生物生长。

Abstract: In view of the fact that cellular automata did not consider growth status of microorganisms in three-dimensional space,a three-dimensional cellular automata was established to simulate growth of microorganisms,combining Brownian motion and Gompertz equation to design reasonable cellular automata rules.By simulating growth of Escherichia coli in peptone solution,the three-dimensional cellular automata established in this study could better describe growth process of microorganisms,and accuracy of logarithmic fitting of live bacteria was relatively high (R2>0.98),indicating the designed three-dimensional cellular automata could better describe growth of microorganisms.
