Abstract:
Under background of agricultural modernization, teaching of Agricultural Machinery course in most universities has long focused on structure, principles, and technical applications of agricultural machinery, neglecting integration of farming culture.This has resulted in students lacking value recognition toward farming civilization and three rural feelings in mind(agriculture, rural areas, and farmers).Addressing this situation, an innovative approach was proposed to empower curriculum politices education through farming culture, exploring deep integration of cultural heritage and engineering education.Aiming at knowledge impartation, value guidance, and practical innovation, a trinity teaching model of culture-technology-ideological education was constructed through curriculum reconstruction and teaching innovation.Practice demonstrated that this model effectively enhanced students' humanistic qualities in understanding agriculture, cherishing rural communities, and caring for farmers.Study confirmed that farming culture, as a carrier for ideological and political education in specialized courses, could both activate cultural genes of engineering education and resolve dilemma of "awkward integration" in ideological and political education.New insights for transforming educational model in agriculture-related courses were provided.
