Abstract:
As a key industry for increasing agricultural efficiency, boosting farmers' income, and advancing rural revitalization, tea industry has long been plagued by problems such as labor shortage, high labor intensity, and low efficiency during harvesting process.Currently, domestic bulk tea harvesting mainly relies on single-person hand-held and two-person stretcher-type tea harvesters.Although ride-on tea harvesters are gradually being promoted, existing equipment has pain points such as frequent tea bag replacement and manual tea transportation.By analyzing research status and development trends of tea harvesters at home and abroad, and combining technical advantages of vacuum adsorption type tea collection system, its application prospects for vacuum adsorption type bulk tea harvester were explored from dimensions of social benefits, technical application, and industrialization market.Results showed that this technology could significantly reduce labor intensity and cost for tea farmers while improving harvesting efficiency, with substantial market demand nationwide.It holds significant importance for promoting sustainable development in tea industry and supporting "double-strength initiative" strategy(technology-strengthened agriculture and machinery-strengthened agriculture)implemented in Zhejiang Province, offering broad application prospects.
